Ricardo Leonel Vieira

Head of Legal AI Solutions

Ricardo brings 30 years of hybrid experience as a multi-sector C-Level executive and entrepreneur, with a strong focus on structuring and managing new businesses, process organization, and the development of mid-sized family-owned companies. Over the past seven years, he has supported family businesses as a board member and advisor in strategic decisions involving fundraising, valuation, mergers, and acquisitions, turning ideas into solid and well-structured businesses.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh - Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.

Graziela Barbosa

Client Partner & Head of Lawyer Talent

Organized, enthusiastic, and empathetic professional passionate about helping people find flexibility in their careers. With a background in Biological Sciences, a master’s in Genetics, and a Ph.D. in Agronomy, she has experience in plant health diagnostics and quality management. Recently, she moved to consulting for research institutes and NGOs. Now, as Head of Lawyer Talent at Advoflex, she connects legal professionals with flexible, rewarding opportunities.

Raffaele Quinto

Co-Founder

An Italian professional with a diverse background, having lived in Paraguay, Mexico, Italy, Spain, the USA, and Argentina, and presently calling São Paulo, Brazil, home. With extensive expertise in executive roles, including CEO and C-Level positions, he has made significant contributions to the global industries of food, beverages, luxury products, cosmetics, and perfumery.

Claudio Staub

Co-Founder

An Entrepreneur at heart with several successful ventures in the US, Europe and Brazil challenging and improving the status quo. He has extensive experience in entering new markets, global business development and enterprise sales. Previous roles include Head of Sales Continental Europe for the global leader in alternative legal services Axiom. He holds a Master of Law from the University of Zurich, and an MBA from IE Business School.

Celso Costa

Head of Finance & Accounting

Professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial field, having worked for companies such as Natura, Santista Têxtil, CSU, Grupo Labrunier (Carrefour/El Ciruelo), Timbro Trading, and Taiff (Grupo Ikesaki). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP and MBAs in Tax Management and Financial Management. He has developed expertise in financial planning, controlling, accounting, treasury, cost analysis, pricing, budgeting, business planning, and banking relations. He currently serves as financial consultant and head of finance for HB Ar Comprimido and Advoflex, being responsible for strategic planning, execution, and financial controls.
